Monthly Cohort

Duration: 12 months
Format: One Saturday morning per month (3 hours)
Includes: Teaching, guided discussion, practice sessions, and community lunch

Intensive Week

Duration: 5 days (Monday–Friday)
Format: Evening sessions (6:30–9:00 PM)
Includes: All core teachings, daily practice assignments, and small group connection

Weekend Retreat

Duration: Friday evening through Sunday afternoon
Format: Residential retreat at a camp or conference center
Includes: All teaching, worship, guided solitude, and group activities
