AI Agent Assessment Template

Appendix G — AI Agent Assessment Template

This template provides a structured framework for assessing the righteousness of autonomous AI agent behavior using the AI Agent Righteousness Index (RI‑A) . It evaluates AI agents across the Five Pillars of AI Righteousness and provides actionable insights for improvement.

Instructions: For each item, assess the AI agent’s behavior and decision-making using the following scale:

  • ✅ Yes — Fully implemented and consistently demonstrated
  • ⚠️ Partial — Partially demonstrated or inconsistent
  • ❌ No — Not demonstrated or not yet addressed
  • N/A — Not applicable to this agent context
